| The ferrules to accept the anchor bolts have been placed into position after coating the inside of the holes with epoxy resin. Lightly greased bolts have been fitted to align them, clamped into position and then extra epoxy glue added to the void between the wooden battens. |

| The ferrules have been fitted to this bed section and the styrofoam centre glued in place. All that remains is to apply styrofoam adhesive to the styrofoam, D4 polyurethane glue to the upper wood surfaces, position the top 15mm plywood skin then clamp firmly and allow the glue to set. |

| The van floor styrofoam insulation has been cut to size using a hot wire tool, and a further hot wire tool used to cut channels where the styrofoam passes over the van floor ribs. The foam has been glued into place using a polyurethane mastic. |
