How to specify Latitude and Longitude in the WX RSS module

Latitude is expressed as a #PCDATA field comprising five parts:

• Degrees expressed as three numeric characters with leading zeroes if required
• Minutes expressed as two numeric characters with a leading zero if required
• Decimal Point
• Decimal fractions of minutes expressed as three numeric characters with trailing zeroes if required
• N | S

e. g. 01545.123N is Latitude 15 deg 45.123' N

Longitude is expressed as a #PCDATA field comprising five parts:

• Degrees expressed as three numeric characters with leading zeroes if required
• Minutes expressed as two numeric characters with a leading zero if required
• Decimal Point
• Decimal fractions of minutes expressed as three numeric characters with trailing zeroes if required
• E | W

e. g. 01545.123E is Longitude 15 deg 45.123' E
